Crochet
Crochet emerged as a major runway trend throughout Melissa Odabash’s “RIVIERA: La Côte d’Azur” presentation, capturing the effortless elegance of Riviera dressing. The collection featured airy white crochet pant cover-up sets designed to transition seamlessly from après-beach lounging to evening dining, alongside sheer crochet dresses in rich chocolate brown and deep navy tones. The dresses ranged from floor-length, body-skimming silhouettes with elegant transparency to shorter, figure-hugging styles that balanced sensuality with refinement, showcasing intricate craftsmanship and elevated resort glamour.
Bandeau-Style Tops
Bandeau-style swimwear tops were a standout trend throughout Melissa Odabash’s “RIVIERA: La Côte d’Azur” runway show. Minimal yet eye-catching, the collection featured cobalt blue ring-accented bikini sets, classic white bandeau bikinis paired with matching mid-length swim skirts and beaded center detailing, and a copper-toned one-piece featuring a bandeau neckline with beaded accents. The trend continued with a blue floral-print bandeau set on a crisp white base, styled with a coordinating long cover-up skirt for an effortlessly chic Riviera-inspired look.
Riviera White
Riviera White emerged as the defining hue of Melissa Odabash’s “RIVIERA: La Côte d’Azur” runway show, embodying the effortless sophistication and sun-drenched glamour of the Côte d’Azur. The crisp, luminous shade appeared across a range of refined silhouettes throughout the collection, from chic linen button-down midi dresses and elegant scoop-neck evening gowns to coordinated two-piece cover-up sets, flowing maxi and mini dresses, as well as sleek one-piece swimsuits and minimalist bikinis. Evoking both understated luxury and timeless Mediterranean sensuality, Riviera White anchored the collection with a fresh, polished allure.

Designer Notes
Riviera White perfectly captures the mood of the collection, where texture takes center stage and shines on its own. Ethereal lace kimono-style kaftans, tailored crochet pieces, and knit co-ords add depth and dimension to the crisp white palette. Tailoring also plays a key role throughout the collection, with subtle box pleats and hidden pockets elevating these versatile beach-to-bar styles, allowing them to transition effortlessly from beach to town.
