MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, described the arrangement during an appearance on the “Howie Mandel Does Stuff” podcast, where he gave a tour of his living quarters located down the hall from his North Carolina studio’s business operations.
“This is my bedroom,” Donaldson said, showing the setup to Mandel. The space includes a standing desk with multiple screens, a sofa facing a large TV, and a double bed behind curtains in the corner, with an adjacent bathroom and walk-in closet.
Living full-time in his studio, apart from occasional stays elsewhere, Donaldson finds the arrangement convenient, eliminating commuting entirely. Despite his wealth, he also maintains a four-bedroom property in Greenville, North Carolina.
