These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Impact Wealth website located at www.impactwealth.org, any related websites, digital platforms, newsletters, communities, memberships, publications, events, products, services, and other offerings operated by or on behalf of Impact Wealth (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, purchasing a product or service, registering for an event, subscribing to a publication or newsletter, creating an account, or participating in an Impact Wealth community, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About Impact Wealth

Impact Wealth is a media and publishing platform covering topics including business, investing, family offices, wealth management, philanthropy, entrepreneurship, real estate, lifestyle, travel, fashion, wellness, technology, sustainability, and other subjects.

Impact Wealth may also host or participate in conferences, receptions, private gatherings, networking events, interviews, panels, and other experiences and may offer memberships, subscriptions, advertising, sponsorships, branded content, and other products and services.

References in these Terms to “Impact Wealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Impact Wealth and, where applicable, its owners, affiliates, employees, representatives, contractors, and service providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases, create an account, enter into a paid membership, or otherwise enter into a legally binding transaction through the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Editorial and Informational Content

The publication of an article, interview, profile, press release, contributed article, event appearance, video, social media post, newsletter item, or other feature does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or verification by Impact Wealth.

Impact Wealth does not independently guarantee representations made by interview subjects, companies, contributors, advertisers, sponsors, or other third parties.

Readers and users are responsible for performing their own due diligence before entering into any commercial, financial, investment, philanthropic, employment, or other relationship with a person or organization featured by Impact Wealth.

6. Sponsored, Partner, and Advertising Content

Impact Wealth may receive compensation in connection with advertising, sponsorships, events, partnerships, branded content, paid placements, promotional programs, or other commercial relationships.

Where required by applicable law or our editorial practices, sponsored or promotional content may be identified using terms such as “Sponsored,” “Partner Content,” “Paid Content,” “Presented By,” or similar language.

The presence of an advertiser, sponsor, partner, or paying participant on an Impact Wealth platform or at an Impact Wealth event does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that party, its products, its services, or any investment opportunity associated with it.

Advertising and sponsored content are the responsibility of the advertiser or sponsor, including claims contained within such materials.

7. Magazine and Product Purchases

Impact Wealth may offer print magazines, digital publications, special editions, event tickets, memberships, merchandise, and other products or services for purchase.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Prices, availability, shipping charges, taxes, and other fees may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, technical errors, or unauthorized transactions.

Print Publications

Delivery dates for print publications are estimates and may be affected by postal services, carriers, weather, customs, production schedules, or other circumstances outside our control.

Impact Wealth is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

Digital Publications

Digital publications are licensed for personal use unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a digital publication does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in that publication.

You may not commercially reproduce, redistribute, resell, republish, scrape, or systematically distribute digital Impact Wealth content without written permission.

8. Subscriptions and Renewals

Where Impact Wealth offers recurring subscriptions or memberships, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions presented at the time of purchase will govern that subscription.

If a subscription automatically renews, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee to your designated payment method unless you cancel in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided at enrollment.

Any legally required renewal notices will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless a different cancellation or refund policy is expressly stated at the time of purchase, sales of digital products, event registrations, sponsorships, advertising, memberships, and other services may be final once the applicable product, access, benefit, service, or reservation has been provided or committed.

Refund eligibility for particular products or events may be governed by additional terms presented during registration or purchase.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Events

Impact Wealth may organize, co-host, promote, sponsor, or participate in conferences, receptions, dinners, private gatherings, panels, networking events, and other experiences.

Event schedules, speakers, venues, programming, participants, and other details may change.

Impact Wealth reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, reschedule, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary.

Attendance at an Impact Wealth event does not constitute an endorsement of any attendee, speaker, sponsor, investment opportunity, business, organization, or viewpoint presented at the event.

Photography and Recording

Impact Wealth events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, by attending an event you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in event photography or recordings used for editorial, archival, promotional, or marketing purposes.

Where additional consent is legally required for particular uses, Impact Wealth will seek such consent as appropriate.

11. Community and Membership Features

Impact Wealth may provide private communities, membership groups, directories, discussion forums, networking platforms, invitation-only gatherings, or other member services.

Membership may be subject to application, approval, eligibility requirements, additional fees, or separate community guidelines.

Membership or admission into an Impact Wealth community does not constitute an endorsement, accreditation, background verification, or certification of any member.

Members are responsible for independently evaluating individuals and opportunities they encounter through the community.

Impact Wealth may suspend or terminate access to community features where a user violates these Terms, community standards, applicable law, or engages in conduct that we reasonably determine threatens the safety, integrity, reputation, or operation of the community.

12. User Accounts

Certain Services may require you to establish an account.

You are responsible for:

providing accurate information;
maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
restricting unauthorized access to your account; and
notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently or unlawfully.

13. User Submissions and Contributions

You may have opportunities to submit comments, articles, photographs, videos, pitches, biographies, nominations, applications, event information, or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your original User Content.

By voluntarily submitting User Content to Impact Wealth for publication, promotion, consideration, or display, you represent that you have the necessary rights to provide the material and that its use as contemplated will not violate the rights of another person.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Impact Wealth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, format, publish, display, distribute, and promote submitted User Content in connection with Impact Wealth’s editorial, digital, print, social media, marketing, archival, and promotional activities.

Impact Wealth is not obligated to publish or retain User Content and may edit or remove submitted materials at its discretion.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and their contents are owned by or licensed to Impact Wealth and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes, without limitation:

Impact Wealth branding and logos;
magazine layouts and designs;
photographs and graphics;
articles and editorial content;
videos and audiovisual materials;
newsletters;
website design;
databases and compilations; and
original event and marketing materials.

You may access Impact Wealth content for your personal, non-commercial use.

Without prior written authorization, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, systematically download, scrape, or commercially exploit Impact Wealth content except where permitted by law.

Reasonable linking to publicly accessible Impact Wealth articles is permitted.

15. Copyright Complaints

Impact Wealth respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe material appearing through the Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@impactwealth.org with sufficient information to identify the material and explain the basis of your claim.

We may request additional information necessary to evaluate the request.

16. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

violate any applicable law or regulation;
impersonate another person or organization;
engage in fraud or deceptive conduct;

Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by Impact Wealth, you may not use automated systems to systematically scrape, harvest, reproduce, compile, or commercially exploit Impact Wealth content.

Nothing in these Terms restricts uses that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable statutory exceptions.

18. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may contain links to websites, services, products, events, organizations, social media platforms, advertisers, or other third parties.

Impact Wealth does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, availability, products, representations, or conduct.

Your interactions with third parties are governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

The inclusion of a link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by Impact Wealth.

19. Email Communications and Newsletters

If you subscribe to an Impact Wealth newsletter or otherwise elect to receive marketing communications, we may send you editorial updates, event announcements, promotional communications, partner information, or other relevant content.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe mechanism contained in those communications.

Certain transactional or administrative communications may still be sent when necessary to administer an account, purchase, membership, or event registration.

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

20. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to the Impact Wealth Privacy Policy, available on our website.

The Privacy Policy explains how Impact Wealth collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information and describes certain choices and rights that may be available to users.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

IMPACT WEALTH MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THE SERVICES OR THEIR CONTENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

22. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMPACT WEALTH AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRIBUTORS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON EDITORIAL CONTENT, INVESTMENT INFORMATION, THIRD-PARTY REPRESENTATIONS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVENT PARTICIPATION, DATA LOSS, LOST PROFITS, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.

To the extent applicable law does not permit a particular limitation or exclusion of liability, that limitation will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impact Wealth and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

your material violation of these Terms;
your unlawful use of the Services;
User Content submitted by you;
your infringement of another person’s rights; or
fraudulent or intentionally wrongful conduct by you.

24. Changes to the Services

Impact Wealth may modify, suspend, discontinue, expand, or restrict any portion of the Services at any time.

We are not obligated to maintain any particular article, feature, membership program, publication, product, event, or service indefinitely.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technology, or applicable law.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Material changes may be communicated through additional notice where required by law.

26. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of the Services if we reasonably determine that you have materially violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful or fraudulent activity, threatened the security or integrity of the Services, or otherwise created material risk to Impact Wealth or other users.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

27. Governing Law

These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, legal proceedings arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be brought in courts located in New York County, New York, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

28. Dispute Resolution

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, you and Impact Wealth agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally.

A party seeking to raise a dispute should provide written notice describing the dispute and the requested resolution.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief where appropriate or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

30. No Waiver

Failure by Impact Wealth to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented in connection with a particular subscription, membership, purchase, sponsorship, advertising arrangement, or event, constitute the agreement between you and Impact Wealth concerning your use of the Services.

If separate written terms governing a particular transaction conflict with these Terms, the specific written terms governing that transaction will control with respect to that transaction.
