Greice Murphy: Pioneering the Future of Regenerative Medicine
One businessperson is daring to make a true difference in the medical field. Greice Murphy is a remarkable and determined woman who is using her entrepreneurial leadership skills to change the world for the better. As the CEO of Miami Stem Cell, she is on the cusp of emerging new age science and modern medicine. Brilliant advancements in the regenerative field are now set to break old boundaries and reach soaring new heights. Murphy learned early in life that you never leave behind the ethics you were taught while growing up.
“My mother taught me to surround myself with like minded people that share my passions for making a difference and spreading an impact,” she says proudly.

Her journey began when she immigrated from Brazil to the United States at twenty three years old. With limited English, she decided she could not give up on her dreams in America so easily and set out to teach herself the language. She acquired an electronic translation device and walked to the closest twenty four hour Walgreens, where she wrote down every product name in English until the words became second nature.
Later, while pregnant with her first child, she founded Advance Care Partners, an award winning healthcare company that transformed the way in home nursing care is delivered to medically fragile patients.
Under her leadership, ACP has since expanded by more than 22,000 percent and grown to a staff of 1,300 committed employees.
Building a Culture Rooted in Purpose
Much of Murphy’s success can be traced back to her belief that leadership is inseparable from culture. She has long maintained that a company’s growth is only as strong as the environment its people are given to thrive in, and that lasting impact comes from building teams who feel genuinely invested in the mission rather than simply employed by it. This philosophy became the backbone of every venture she has built since, shaping not only how her companies scale, but how they treat the patients and communities they serve.
“When you have the privilege to lead, it is your responsibility to create the right team environment to develop, equip, and inspire others to implement your vision, which I see as the foundation to scaling any business,” she remarks. Her commitment to building a mission driven company, one with a culture built to go above and beyond in everything it does, remains one of the many reasons behind her early career success.
“Now it’s time to give back what life has given me. It’s time to start my new era as a Multiplier,” she says, referring to this new chapter of spreading leadership, grace, compassion, and integrity throughout the workforce as part of something larger than herself.
As CEO of her latest venture, Miami Stem Cell, she carries forward a powerful mission. The company’s guiding philosophy, The Cure Within, reflects the belief that our own stem cells hold the power to regenerate the body, helping to ease pain, heal illness, and support a healthier lifestyle. With a team of respected medical professionals and more than 8,000 completed autologous stem cell procedures, Miami Stem Cell stands as a pioneer in regenerative medicine, working to make stem cell treatments accessible to a wider population.
A powerful and magnetic leader, Murphy captivates loyal followers and business partners alike, a quality especially resonant among fellow female entrepreneurs who often look to her career as a model.
“I would like women of all ages to know that they don’t have to accept their circumstances. If they want to make a change, they can,” she emphasizes. “And if they want to turn that change into an impact, there should be nothing holding them back from achieving it.”
Her deep understanding of what it takes to succeed, all in the pursuit of better health outcomes for humanity, is what makes her one of the most impactful entrepreneurs the field has ever seen.
“Great leaders add significant value to those they serve and lead. To them, it is about putting a stamp of excellence on the future and building a legacy. The world needs more mindful leaders, and I have the responsibility to multiply and contribute to future generations,” she states.
