Riviera Dining Group unveils CASA NEOS Lounge and the members-only MM Rooftop, redefining nightlife along the Miami River.
On the evening of March 5th, Riviera Dining Group (RDG) pulled back the curtain on two of Miami’s most anticipated new openings: CASA NEOS Lounge and the members-only MM Rooftop. Nestled along the Miami River, the debut was invitation-only, and it set the tone for what promises to be one of South Florida’s most talked-about nightlife destinations of the year. Guests moved fluidly between multiple levels of a space designed to merge cuisine, music, and membership into a seamless after-dark experience.
An Atmosphere That Commands Attention
Step inside CASA NEOS Lounge and the design speaks before a word is exchanged. Plush banquettes, floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of the Miami skyline, sculptural lighting, textured finishes, rich woods, and earthy Mediterranean tones converge to create a setting that feels at once warm and transportive. Guests gathered over curated bites by 26-Michelin-star Chef Michaël Michaelidis and signature cocktails curated by Clase Azul as a high-energy soundtrack animated the room. Throughout the evening, models dressed in intricately handcrafted pieces by Brazilian luxury label Ammi Brazil moved gracefully through the crowd, while curated displays of the brand’s artisanal crochet designs were woven throughout the venue.
The Rooftop: A Garden in the Sky
Upstairs, guests were introduced to MM Rooftop, an open-air sanctuary conceived as a “jardin suspendu” overlooking the river. Drawing inspiration from hidden courtyards and rooftop gardens across Southern Europe, the space features terracotta-inspired flooring, lime-washed finishes, natural stone, wood accents, and layered greenery beneath a sculptural canopy. Candlelight and ambient illumination enhanced the intimate setting, while a masterpiece bar and a water feature anchored the rooftop’s design. The effect was unmistakable: the kind of space that feels miles removed from the city below, even as Miami’s skyline shimmers in the background.
A Night to Remember
As the night progressed, an immersive DJ set by Kaz James elevated the atmosphere, transforming the Lounge into a high-energy sanctuary where international sounds, elevated bottle service, and refined design converged. Among the notable guests were RDG Founder and CEO Gregory Galy, alongside partners Marine Giron-Galy, Chef Michaelidis, Fabien Guardiola, Michael Ridard, and Robert Blasi. The evening also drew a distinguished crowd including David Grutman, Robert Rivani, Marvin Jones, Lazaro Rosa-Violan, Julius Dein, and a roster of Miami’s tastemakers and creatives.
Membership, Meaning, and the MM Experience
Central to RDG’s vision is their MM lifestyle club, a private membership community that unlocks exclusive access to spaces like the MM Rooftop. More than a velvet rope, the MM membership is positioned as a cultural statement, defined by an appreciation for understated luxury and a genuine appetite for discovery. The Rooftop opens to members only on March 6, 2026, operating Thursday through Sunday from 8 PM to 2 AM, with dinner service through midnight. The Lounge, open to guests 21 and over, operates Thursday through Saturday from 8 PM to 3 AM, with dinner served through 10:30 PM, and Sundays from 8 PM to 1 AM for bottle service only.
