A New Addition to the Fort Lee Team
The Fischman Azar Group has expanded its advisory team with the addition of Solomon Tobal, who has joined the practice as a Financial Advisor through Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.
Based in Fort Lee, New Jersey, the group provides wealth management and investment planning services to clients with a range of financial needs, including individuals, families, business owners and senior executives.
Tobal’s Background
Tobal brings experience in relationship management and pre-IPO investments. His role with the Fischman Azar Group includes working with clients on customized investment strategies and long-term planning conversations.
His background in pre-IPO investments may be especially relevant to clients dealing with private-market investments, equity-related planning or major liquidity events.

The Fischman Azar Group operates through Wells Fargo FiNet, the independent advisor channel of Wells Fargo Advisors. The team’s work includes wealth management, portfolio strategy, investment planning, executive compensation planning, stock compensation strategies, education planning, legacy planning and trust and estate planning strategies.
The practice was founded by Alexander “Sandy” Fischman in 2015. Shalom Azar joined Fischman as a partner in 2019, and the team has since developed into a broader advisory practice.

Azar focuses on tax-efficient executive compensation strategies for senior executives at publicly traded companies. His broader work includes trust and estate planning strategies, education planning, legacy planning and wealth management.
Broader Team
The team also includes Tomer Mizrahi, whose work covers equity compensation management, investment planning, estate planning strategies and overall wealth management. Mizrahi graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in finance.
Nicholas Iarrapino serves as a Senior Registered Client Associate. He helps support client service and administrative needs. Iarrapino graduated from Rutgers University with a major in finance and a minor in psychology and began his career as an Investment Specialist at Merrill Edge.

The Fischman Azar Group has also grown its client associate team with the addition of David Bar David, Jonathan Jacoby, Benjamin Matthew, Moshe Isaacson, Eitan Sklar, Aharon Wieden and Shalom Kadosh.
The expanded team supports the group’s client service model and day-to-day operations.
