Francois Renet’s podcasts were born from the pandemic, and a reflection of the authenticity central to the relationships built during this global “Renaissance” period.
There is no doubt 2020 will be remembered as the year the world shifted, and the podcasts are an effort to capture the signs of the times, and to document how the world changed.
Beyond addressing typical business related topics around investments and family offices, the podcasts are an opportunity for thought leaders and business experts to speak about their industry, the changes they have had to make, and how the pandemic has affected them personally.
In this episode, Francois is joined with CEO Ryan Garland of Paradyme Investments and Hillary Latos, Candice Beaumont, and Victoria Cerrone as we discuss the role of impact investments with philanthropy.
About the participants:
Paradyme Investments is a boutique private equity firm, and multi-family office, born from decades of experience in the Real Estate industry, and the sum of experts with multi-disciplinary backgrounds ranging from land acquisition, entitlement, project and construction supervision to development, debt financing, complex investments and wealth management that was founded by Ryan Garland.
Founded to respond to the ever-changing real estate market, the strict vetting of projects and investments is supported by an in-house governmental affairs division, and partnerships with leading law firms both domestically and internationally to strengthen risk mitigation and asset protection.
