As Easter approaches, Louis Vuitton once again proves that the House’s creative universe extends far beyond fashion. For 2026, the brand presents a new Easter chocolate collection crafted by acclaimed pastry chef Maxime Frédéric, transforming seasonal confections into luxurious works of edible art.
Known for blending meticulous craftsmanship with imaginative design, Frédéric draws inspiration from the Maison’s most recognizable symbols. The result is a collection that reflects Louis Vuitton’s signature attention to detail while celebrating the joyful traditions of Easter.
The Return of the Chocolate Egg Bag
At the heart of this year’s collection is the return of the celebrated Chocolate Egg Bag, first introduced in 2025. The creation takes inspiration from a handbag designed by Nicolas Ghesquière for the House’s Spring Summer 2019 runway show.
For 2026, the design arrives in a vibrant new interpretation. Two sculpted shells made from rich dark chocolate encase a generous assortment of roasted nuts, candied fruit, and hazelnut praline. White chocolate handles and a zipper finished in a delicate shade of yellow add a luminous and playful detail.
Inside, the piece reveals a milk chocolate bar with a decadent center of hazelnut praline and lemon caramel. The result is a striking fusion of Louis Vuitton’s leather craftsmanship and haute chocolaterie, where refined design meets indulgent flavor.
Mini Chocolate Egg Bags
The collection also introduces a box of six mini Chocolate Egg Bags, a smaller format designed for sharing or savoring gradually.
Each miniature piece features its own flavor composition. One version pairs milk chocolate with hazelnut praline, toasted hazelnut pieces, and vanilla caramel. Another combines dark chocolate with crunchy chocolate praline and caramel. A third variation highlights milk chocolate filled with peanut praline, pieces of peanut, and vanilla caramel.
The variety transforms the playful design into a tasting experience that balances texture, sweetness, and depth of flavor.
A Sweet Nod to Easter Traditions
Completing the collection is the return of Louis Vuitton’s charming box of three chocolate chicks, a whimsical tribute to classic Easter imagery.
Each chick offers a distinctive filling. The dark chocolate version contains crunchy buckwheat praline and buckwheat caramel. One milk chocolate chick features oat praline with honey caramel. The final piece blends milk chocolate with corn praline and vanilla caramel, creating a comforting and nostalgic flavor profile.
The Art of Chocolate at Louis Vuitton
Through this seasonal collection, Maxime Frédéric once again highlights the House’s dedication to craftsmanship, creativity, and culinary excellence. Each piece reflects a philosophy that values precision, storytelling, and sensory pleasure.
