RepForce.ai: The Workforce of the Future Has Arrived

The workforce of the future has already arrived, and you might not even know it when you’re talking to it. If you think you can’t have both personal connection and infallible efficiency, you haven’t interacted with RepForce.ai’s AI Agents and system. Dylan, whose first experience with AI was with ChatGPT, wasn’t initially concerned with saving money as much as with its precise, repetitive execution. Today, however, he helps others with both.

“I started to cater toward smaller businesses, such as restaurants, that really needed somebody to take over—someone who could know the menu, give recommendations, and personalize the experience,” he said.

Not only are these AI personalities highly consistent with their outgoing information, they are also able to answer potential questions with pleasantries and serve as effective self-marketers by emphasizing specials, promotions, and events. While a hostess at a restaurant might not inform clients of happy hour menus or jazz nights, an AI “employee” can keep customers informed.

They also store more information than any human possibly could. They know which hours at your favorite spot are the quietest for a romantic date and can even book a favorite booth in the corner.

And that’s just the beginning. Rather than both the restaurant and customer paying extra delivery fees through apps or hiring a full-time worker to take calls, restaurants only pay the AI “employee” when it’s actively speaking with a customer.

To put that into perspective, a three-minute conversation to place an order with a fully customizable AI personality costs about 75 cents—roughly 20 times cheaper than using services like Uber Eats.

“An employee at a restaurant needs to take calls, determine whether someone wants to dine in or place an order, and know which seats are available and where. AI can be implemented and be aware of all of this,” Dylan explained.

RepForce.ai’s AI Agents are designed to manage critical operational details, including menu knowledge, seating availability, calendars, and optimal booking times.

“It’s not just about saving money—it’s also centered on driving revenue,” the team noted.

Their uniquely designed AI Agents connect multiple systems and allow them to flow into one unified operating system so nothing is overlooked. From the back to the front of the house, AI can answer calls and texts, follow structured workflows, and provide optimal customer service and efficiency—all while showcasing empathy.

Using the system also eliminates lengthy hiring processes and reduces the risk of miscalculations. In addition to handling repetitive tasks, AI Agents can update CRM databases, making the platform ideal for med spas, contractors, and HVAC clients.

Dylan explained that while AI has often been treated as a separate tool, RepForce.ai is embedded directly into business operations. With over 300 native integrations, nearly any POS or CRM system can integrate seamlessly, allowing AI Agents to plug directly into existing software.
