Of the 83 units, 72 have already found eager owners, leaving only 11 available residences. Robert Fourniadis, Prism Capital Partners’ senior vice president, explains that their deliberate omission of studios or one-bedroom units was a strategic move to attract buyers committed to establishing roots in Hoboken.

Fourniadis remarks, “We aimed for a distinct segment of the market, offering an unparalleled lifestyle that can’t be replicated elsewhere along the Gulf Coast.”

Among these opulent residences, one particular gem steals the spotlight—the penthouse. Currently listed at $3,499,000, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom haven boasts a sprawling 1,895 square-foot terrace and panoramic vistas stretching from the Palisades in New Jersey to midtown Manhattan.

Daniel P. Winschuh, managing director at Parkwood Development, highlights the penthouse’s unique design, featuring expansive windows and a seamless fusion of indoor and outdoor living, providing a rare retreat atop the bustling city.

However, it’s not just the residences that elevate The Wonder Lofts to a league of its own.
