Comedy legend Jerry Seinfeld took center stage in the Hamptons this weekend, not just for stand-up, but for a cause close to many. The iconic comedian hosted a high-profile gala to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer research, drawing celebrities, philanthropists, and medical leaders for an unforgettable evening of purpose and entertainment.
The Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) marked a milestone this summer with its 25th Annual Gala in the Hamptons, held at the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill, NY. The silver anniversary benefit supported the annual PCF Pro-Am Tennis Tournament and celebrated three decades of scientific achievement, philanthropy, and lives saved through the Foundation’s groundbreaking research.
Founded in 1993 by financier and philanthropist Michael Milken, the PCF has become the world’s leading philanthropic organization dedicated to prostate cancer research. At this year’s Hamptons Gala, supporters raised funds that will directly advance the Foundation’s mission to accelerate innovative cancer research.
Guests arrived at the Parrish Art Museum terrace for a cocktail reception, mingling on the lawns surrounded by the museum’s wildflower meadows and sweeping Hamptons landscape. The evening blended elegance with purpose as leading philanthropists, business leaders, and athletes united to celebrate PCF’s silver anniversary and contribute to its life-saving mission.

A Legacy of Impact
Over the past 30 years, PCF has transformed how cancer research is conducted. Its Young Investigator program has supported hundreds of scientists at more than 220 institutions worldwide, leading to advances in not only prostate cancer but over 70 other forms of cancer. The Foundation’s streamlined funding model and emphasis on collaboration have accelerated breakthroughs, bringing innovative treatments to patients faster than ever before.
An estimated 1.5 million men are alive today thanks to discoveries made possible by PCF’s funding—a testament to the enduring impact of its mission. Beyond prostate cancer, PCF’s research model is now helping unlock insights into a broad range of cancers, advancing the larger goal of ultimately curing all cancer.
As the Hamptons summer season reached its peak, the PCF Gala stood as both a glittering social highlight and a profound reminder of what philanthropy can achieve.
