One businessperson is daring to make a true difference in the medical field. Greice Murphy is a remarkable and determined woman who is using her entrepreneurial leadership skills to change the world for the better. As the CEO of Miami Stem Cell, she is on the cusp of emerging new age science and modern medicine. Now brilliant advancements in the regenerative field are set to break old boundaries as they leap to soaring new heights. Murphy learned in her youth that you never leave behind the ethics you were taught while growing up.
“My mother taught me to surround myself with like-minded people that share my passions for making a difference and spreading an impact,” she proudly says.
Her journey began while immigrating from Brazil to the United States when she was 23 years old. With limited English, she decided she could not give up her dreams in America so easily and decided to teach herself English. Acquiring an electronic translation device, she marched to the closest 24-hour Walgreens and wrote every product in English until she learned accordingly.
Then next while pregnant with her first child, she founded Advance Care Partners, an award-winning healthcare company that changed the way in-home nursing care services are delivered to medically fragile patients.
Under her leadership, ACP has since expanded by more than 22,000% and increased to a staff of 1,300 committed employees.
“When you have the privilege to lead, it is your responsibility to create the right team environment to develop, equip and inspire others to implement your vision, which I see is the foundation to scaling any business” she remarks. Her act of proudly creating a mission-driven company with the culture to go above and beyond in everything they do is just one of many reasons for her success in early career years.
“Now, it’s time to give back what life has given me. It is time to start my new era as a ‘Multiplier,’” as she refers to her period of spreading leadership, grace, compassion and integrity in the workforce to be a part of something bigger.
As CEO of her latest business venture, Miami Stem Cell, she brings to the table the powerful mission of the company. She helps harness the slogan of “The Cure Within,” which indicates that our own stem cells have the power to regenerate our bodies helping us to cure pain, heal illness, and live a healthy lifestyle. With a team of revered medical professionals and more than 8,000 completed autologous stem cell procedures, Miami Stem Cell is a pioneer in the field of regenerative medicine and is working hard to make stem cell treatments accessible to everyone.
A powerful leader she captivates her loyal followers and business partners alike. This is especially true of other female entrepreneurs, who often admire her career track.
“I would like women of all ages to know that they don’t have to accept their circumstances. If they want to make a change they can,” she emphasizes. “If they want to turn that change into an impact, there should be nothing holding them back from achieving it.”
Deeply comprehending what is needed to succeed all in the name of creating better health in humans is what makes her one of the most impactful entrepreneurs that the field has ever witnessed.
“Great leaders add significant value to those they serve and lead. To them, it is about putting a stamp of excellence on the future and building a legacy. The world needs more mindful leaders, and I have the responsibility to multiply and contribute to future generations” she states.
