The co-founder and creator of the app that is taking the philanthropy world by storm is certainly no stranger to how powerful a meaningful purpose can be.
Originally, she wanted to study Naval Architecture and Marine Science because of an appreciation for nature and she wanted to incorporate more solar energy solutions into boating. When she came to America, she realized how lonely people are because of the impact of online platforms. At the same time, she also admired how they connect other communities and the way some people find relief online.
The emotional impact online platforms have on individual mindsets is what caused her to choose and study Computer Science and Math. She wanted to make something to help people feel understood by communities. Later, at Boston University she realized that, just like in Neural Networks, can satisfy her life’s missions – empathetic web culture and promotion of ecological driven solutions – into one solution. And this is how Giveo came about.
As a Polish American who came to America as a teenager, she always has carried with her a dream to embrace empathy within individual mindsets across the world. She saw how the work she was doing could be used to create a platform to make giving easier. Thus, Giveo App was born.

Growing up among different cultural differences led her to a deeper understanding of just how technological advancements play in shaping one’s personality, especially the daily influences of online platforms. “I wanted to do something that was going to help humanity,” she states about starting her company. “This is a fundraising platform that actually is supplied by a marketplace.”
Giveo is a Marketplace for Giving. Each post serves as a donation and every purchase then helps fund those in need. With Giveo, you can help in any way you can and not just cash. Donating your time or talents to help those in need can have a deep impact on the world. “I hope to help local communities make a change in something that they believe in with this tool that lets anyone help in any way they can such as with items, services, purchases, cash and even campaigns.”
