Headed by CEO and founder Celal Ozkan, CEO Contract is a globally renowned real estate development company, building a property that will transform the North Miami Beach area. And it’s one you won’t want to miss. At the start of Covid-19, waves of new residents began migrating to South Florida, seeking sunnier horizons and the lap of luxury. The housing market hit a boom – as well as a crisis. During this time, a new way of living took hold—one of new construction, community living and innovation. One that required a developer with the right expertise, vision and drive to bring these concepts into fruition. Celal Ozkan has exactly that. His company has unparalleled success in international development, from parliamentary buildings to private estates to luxury hotels. And they have a vision for elevating the neighborhood of North Miami Beach into a destination hotspot. Working hand-in-hand with Emre Ozkan, representing the third generation of the Ozkan family, CEO Contract consulted some of the finest minds in development to ensure their project, SkyGarden Miami, is like no other.
It is the perfect convergence of luxury amenities, multi-family living, eco-friendly practices, beach proximity, and affordable housing. Truly, it’s not just 448,653 square feet of 341 apartments with a rooftop garden, restaurants, and public art. This new apartment complex has everything the South Florida resident could want and more.
Phase One was drafting the proposals for this impressive vision and laying the foundation for the construction to come. This involved a new approach to innovation, thinking outside the box and ensuring that safety, cost, and quality are each met at premium standards. CEO Contract is collaborating with Optimus Structural Engineering for structural intricacies, BC Architects for the building’s design, the Kimley-Horn civil engineering office for the creation of SKYGARDEN Miami’s breathtaking rooftop Japanese garden, and JGP Plumbing & Mechanical Services, Inc. for MEP design.
With construction costs skyrocketing across the market, Ozkan and his associates developed a way to maintain their budget with incomparable technology. The delicate craftsmanship of SkyGarden Miami is being outsourced to trusted, European sources — minimizing cost while maintaining quality. Using resources like the PERI ALPHADECK, a specialized molding system, they’re capitalizing on time and money spent, diminishing crane usage, and ensuring the facilities are of innovative, high-quality, and secure structure. This system utilizes precast bathroom production offsite, which is then brought into the SkyGardenstructure itself — notably reducing labor costs.
They’ve also gained the green light from MTCI, their private provider of architectural inspection and planning services. With this approval, CEO Contract has submitted its permit request to the city and are now ready to move into Phase Two: processing the permit.
SkyGarden Miami is already endorsed by Mayor Anthony F. DeFillipo, given its incredible potential for community impact. It represents a new wave in the North Miami Beach area, one that will elevate the neighborhood entirely. Promoting security, opportunity and revenue, SkyGarden Miami will transform the area into a tourist destination, luxury lifestyle powerhouse and sanctuary for its residents. With recognition from the mayor, genuine interest from the community and the necessary backing, SkyGarden Miami’s progress into Phase Two is another great milestone, ensuring that the mark left by CEO Contract will be unforgettable.
