Lavish Homes of the NFL’s Biggest Stars

The top players in the National Football League tend to be rewarded with massive, multi-million dollar contracts. As a result, the league’s biggest stars purchase lavish homes earned through their hard work and ability to become an elite NFL athlete.

From quarterbacks to defensive ends, NFL players own some of the world’s most stunning real estate. Here’s a look at a few of these homes, showcasing the unique tastes shaped by their substantial salaries.

We’ll start with the face of the league and admire Patrick Mahomes’ multiple properties. The two-time NFL MVP and three-time Super Bowl MVP just built a megamansion on an eight-acre property in Belton, Missouri. Amenities include a personalized football field, swimming pool including a water slide, a putting green, and a private pond.

The Chiefs’ franchise quarterback also owns properties in Westlake, Texas, and a two-bedroom penthouse in Kansas City, Missouri, that he briefly resided in from 2018 to 2019. His Texas residence is a sprawling 7,800 square foot property built on a half-acre lot. It contains four bedrooms, a wine room, a grill grotto, a pool, a tanning deck, anda  spa as some of the notable amenities, while primarily residing during the off-season.

Following the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl LIX loss to the Philadelphia Eagles and a stunning 27-21 loss during their 2025 season opener against the Los Angeles Chargers, sportsbooks currently have Kansas City at +1200 to win Super Bowl LX. Super Bowl champion and Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, currently resides in a $28.2 million home in Hidden Hills, California. At 17,000 square feet, Stafford’s home includes nine bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a 20-seat theater, bar area, and separate dance and recording studios. Situated on a three-acre lot, this is among the most lavish homes owned by an NFL star.

Deshaun Watson’s five-year, $230 million contract with the Cleveland Browns allowed him to purchase a 17,000 square foot home in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Bought for $5.4 million, this property was built in 2001 and renovated again in 2021, right before Watson’s purchase in 2023.

The Browns’ quarterback has a volleyball court, home theater, bar, pool, and tennis courts as amenities. There are five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.

Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff owns multiple lavish homes, including a $10.5 million property in Manhattan Beach, California. Built with views of the Pacific Ocean, it’s a five-bedroom estate with 5,700 square feet.

Amenities at Goff’s residence feature a barbecue area, pool house, movie room, and pool. Plus, there’s a 3,500 square foot residence the Lions’ franchise quarterback purchased separately for $8.5 million, located directly next to his main property.

Dak Prescott resides in a 9,000-square-foot estate that he bought for $3.2 million in 2018. The Dallas Cowboys’ signal-caller lives on a seven-acre plot that includes a private pond, gym, bar, and several recreational rooms for gaming.

Just like Mahomes, Prescott has a football field built outside of this property. There’s also a pool and spa, a fire pit, and a grill area for outdoor activities.
