Greywind: A Culinary Jewel in Midtown Unveils Exciting New Offerings

Greywind, the latest venture from James Beard Award-nominated chef Dan Kluger, has quickly become a standout destination in Hudson Yards’ vibrant dining scene. Known for his market-driven cooking style, Kluger offers a seasonally-driven, vegetable-forward dining experience that reflects his innovative approach to cuisine.

Greywind introduces its much-anticipated lunch service, featuring an array of delightful dishes that cater to diverse palates. Among the highlights is the Caesar Salad with Crispy Oysters, which puts a refreshing twist on the classic with the addition of gluten-free crispy oysters. Another standout is the Fried Chicken Sandwich, inspired by the flavors of Banh Mi and Southern fried chicken techniques, promising a unique and flavorful experience. The Cobb Salad, featuring chicken paillard and a rich buttermilk dressing, offers a hearty and satisfying option, while the Skate Wing served with herbed black rice and spring vegetables provides a balanced and flavorful main course.

On weekends, Greywind has become the latest hotspot to indulge in brunch delicacies. The Buttermilk Pancakes with Rhubarb Jam offer a sweet and tangy combination that elevates the classic pancake. For those craving a hearty staple, the Steak & Eggs, served with chimichurri and crispy potatoes, is a perfect choice. The Buckwheat Galette, paired with smoked salmon and goat cheese, presents a light yet indulgent option. Additionally, guests can enjoy fresh daily offerings like Milk Buns, Seasonal Beignets, and Doughnut Ice Cream Sandwiches from The Bakery at Greywind, enhancing the brunch experience with delectable bakery favorites.

Greywind’s latest additions cater to a variety of dining experiences. The subterranean bar Spygold now offers a Cocktail happy hour from 5–6:30 PM and a Pre-Theater Menu offering a two-course prix fixe menu, available Monday to Saturday from 5–6:30 PM, which includes beloved cookies from The Bakery at Greywind as a take-home dessert, making it a perfect choice for an expedient and delightful dinner. Moreover, The Chef’s Counter presents an intimate dining experience featuring an eight-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Dan Kluger himself. Available three nights each month, the Chef’s Counter offers an exclusive opportunity to enjoy new seasonal dishes in an intimate setting at The Bakery at Greywind.
