Born in a luminous year, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 is deep and tactile, reflecting the intense sun and dry soils of the season. It caresses with an interior generosity, gradually opening to floral notes.
After seven additional years of maturation, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2006 has reached its Plénitude 2, a new era in its expression. Time brings unexpected, mysterious elements, refining its harmony. The 2006 vintage evolves with more precise, refined, and elevated characteristics, marked by a subtle saline tension and delicate bitterness.
In 1668, Dom Pierre Pérignon, a young Benedictine monk, began his quest for the “best wine in the world” at the Abbey of Hautvillers. His vision of harmony, precision, intensity, and complexity continues to inspire Dom Pérignon’s pursuit of perfection. Dom Pérignon vintages are made from a single year’s harvest, selected from 17 Grands Crus of Champagne and the legendary Hautvillers Premier Cru.
