CAMPAIGN STARRING NAOMI CAMPBELL, CAROLYN MURPHY AND MORE
NEW YORK July 15, 2021 — Michael Kors is pleased to announce the launch of its new Fall/Winter 2021 Michael Kors Collection ad campaign, celebrating the designer’s 40th anniversary. Photographed by the renowned Dutch duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, the campaign stars an iconic cast of models, including Naomi Campbell, Carolyn Murphy and Liya Kebede, alongside Bella Hadid, Adut Akech and Vittoria Ceretti. Shot on location at night at some of Michael’s favorite Broadway haunts, from the Shubert Theatre, the Booth Theatre and Sardi’s restaurant to a theater-lined stretch of 45th Street, the campaign captures the big city glamour, irreverent attitude and unparalleled energy of New York City.

collection, and this campaign, is a celebration of the rebirth of city life—of stepping out, finding

dresses and lean trousers set the stage for a glamorous night on the town. Also featured in the
campaign are looks from the MK40 Reissue Capsule, a special curation of items inspired by the
designer’s archives. The capsule is comprised of 15 pieces, each featuring a unique QR code
inside the garment that customers can scan to discover the history behind it.
The global campaign will debut in July, with print ads running in fall issues worldwide. The
images will also appear in digital outlets, as well as on social media platforms.
