Oliver Kennan, Co-chair for this year’s Imagine Benefit, shared remarks at the event, “For the first time ever, we have two FDA approved drugs on the market and while neither of these are cures, this moment is transformational and years of research have finally become reality. We hope you will join us in being a part of this exciting moment and join us at the Imagine Benefit on October 23rd at The Plaza Hotel.”

The evening featured cocktails and shopping, as well as incredible portraits and sculptures by renowned artist, Brad Livingstone Black who is donating a portion of sales of any commissioned portraits to the Alzheimer’s Association. Black’s work tailors the art to a patron’s aesthetic. He creates beautiful objects that preserve a family’s legacy.

Funds raised at the Imagine Benefit 2024 will support the Alzheimer’s Association’s care, support and research programs and the local efforts of the New York City Chapter of the Association. More than 410,000 New Yorkers are living with Alzheimer’s disease. Additionally, more than 546,000 in New York provide unpaid care to someone living with the disease.

This year’s Imagine Benefit Vice Chairs, Karim Barrada, Jacqui Lividini, Sarah Tam Marin, Alexis Bryan Morgan, Kathleen Ruiz, Suzanne Silverstein and Next Generation Vice Chairs, Randy & Paula Harris, and Ashley & Marc Koch were joined by guests including Debbie Bancroft, Hilary Block, Cornelia Bregman, Sharon Bush, Chele Farley, Maria Fishel, Lucia Hwong Gordon, Meghan Klopp, Karyn Kornfeld, Steve Kobre, Robin Meltzer, Roger Meltzer, Lauren Roberts, Peter Thomas Roth, Dorianne Samuels, David Samuels, Nicole Sexton and Lauren Slatkin.
